Leumit helps its customers adopt a healthy lifestyle, including proper nutrition and gradual, safe physical activity tailored to individual needs and abilities.

Leumit Gold customers aged 18 and older are eligible for a series of 12 personal training sessions with a trainer who comes to their home, for just 23₪ per session.

Physical Activity Workshop for Women in Menopause

Leumit's exercise class for menopausal women is intended for women aged 45 to 65, with the belief that regular physical activity helps and alleviates menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, bone density loss, restlessness and fatigue. Staying active during menopause increases estrogen levels and metabolism rate and helps maintain a normal weight.

The class includes 10 weekly sessions, conducted by a qualified fitness instructor, at a total cost of NIS 200.
