Scheduling an appointment with a doctor is simple and intuitive. You can book an in-clinic visit, a telephone appointment, or a video consultation. All upcoming appointments are centralized on one screen, and services you previously visited are available for quick rebooking.
The system locates doctors and consultants based on proximity to your home or by city and address, presenting relevant information clearly and transparently.
Smart and Accurate Authorizations and Reimbursements
The authorization and reimbursement processes have been significantly upgraded. You can select the precise type of request, easily attach required documents, and track the request status at any time. When submitting multiple receipts, everything is displayed clearly under one organized request.
The system alerts you if documents are missing and consolidates all statuses in one place, keeping full control in your hands.
Direct Communication with Your Doctor
The app enables secure messaging with your primary physician for non-urgent matters, including requests for repeat prescriptions, sick leave certificates, explanations of test results, and referrals. Contacting a gynecologist is also available, subject to medical eligibility, with status tracking for each request.
Simple Management of Family Health
The new app allows you to easily manage your children’s health as well. A dedicated area on the home page provides updates for all children under age 18 linked to your account. You can view important information at a glance, including upcoming appointments, new referrals, and medical recommendations.
All Your Medical Information in One Place
Test results are centralized on one screen, including PDF files for advanced imaging tests. You can renew prescriptions, receive important alerts about tests, referrals, and prescriptions, and contact your clinic or service center directly through the system.

Login is completed via a one-time code sent to the mobile phone or email address registered in Leumit’s systems. After the initial login, you can enable facial recognition or fingerprint authentication for secure and fast access.
Open the Leumit app, select “Schedule Appointment,” and book an in-clinic visit, telephone appointment, or video consultation. You can search for a doctor by proximity, city, or address and view all upcoming appointments on one screen.
Under “My Appointments,” you can see a centralized list of all scheduled appointments, including in-clinic visits, telephone appointments, and video consultations.
Go to “Referrals and Authorizations,” select the request type, attach a referral if required, upload relevant documents, and track the status directly through the app.
Enter the “Reimbursement” section, select the reimbursement type, upload receipts and supporting documents according to the instructions, and submit. All invoices appear under one organized request with clear status tracking.
Through the Leumit app, you can send non-urgent messages to your primary physician, including requests for sick leave certificates, repeat prescriptions, explanations of test results, or referrals. The request status appears in your personal area.
