Meet FIT+: Leumit’s New Fitness App
Leumit’s fitness world is leveling up. The new FIT+ app brings together everything you need in one place to move more, train smarter, and get more in return — including a personal AI coach, workout booking, activity tracking, coin rewards, and benefits from the worlds of health and fitness.
The app is designed for Leumit Health Services Gold members aged 14 and up, offering a smarter, more personalized, and more rewarding fitness experience.
With a personal AI-powered fitness coach, FIT+ helps you maintain a healthier and more active lifestyle. Your coach can build a workout plan for you, analyze your personal data, and provide guidance on all aspects of healthy living, including meal planning, hydration, sleep, fitness equipment, and more.
We’ve also added an extra incentive: you can earn Leumit Coins through physical activity and selected health actions, then redeem them for benefits related to health and fitness.

If you already have coins or rewards, they will transfer to the new app. To continue earning coins and enjoying benefits, you need to download the new FIT+ app.

How Can You Earn Leumit Coins?
You can earn coins in several ways:
- Steps - including bonus coins for reaching your daily step goal, which is personalized based on your age, fitness level, and lifestyle.
- Selected health checks and health actions - available in the Health section of the app for users aged 18+, worth 5,000 Health Coins each.
- Daily workouts in the app - the number of coins depends on the workout type.
- Refer a friend - invite a friend who is a memeber of Leumit and receive bonus coins.
Important
Keep the app open or running in the background throughout your workout. Step data syncs from your mobile phone, even if a wearable device is connected to the app.

Through Freefit, you can book access to gyms, yoga classes, CrossFit, reformer Pilates, and more at locations nationwide for ₪25 per workout (up to 4 workouts per month).
Rewards for Your Health Coins
The rewards store includes a variety of benefits, such as: Shakes from Rebar, Headphones, Fitness accessories, Yoga mats, Gift cards for sports brands, Fruit and vegetable vouchers via Wolt, and more
Most rewards are provided as coupon codes redeemable in-store or online (including delivery), subject to each benefit’s terms and conditions.

To continue earning Leumit Coins and enjoying benefits, you must download FIT+.
Any existing Health Coins and rewards will automatically transfer to the new app.
Rewards can no longer be purchased through the current app.
You can scan the QR code or click the download link to install FIT+.
Your Steps Are Worth Money
For every 2,000 steps, you earn Health Coins.
You can convert your steps into coins using the slider on the home screen. Your updated coin balance appears at the top right of the home screen.
There’s also a daily step goal bonus of 120 coins when you reach your personalized goal.
Your Daily Workout Earns Coins
A daily workout is a 30-minute session.
The workout type determines how many coins you earn:
- Walking - 100 coins
- Fast walking - 200 coins
- Running - 320 coins
Please note:
You may complete more than one workout per day, but coins are awarded for only one workout per day.
Selected Health Checks and Actions
Based on eligibility and app conditions, users aged 18+ can earn coins for completing selected health actions shown in the Health section of the app, including: Mammography, HPV test for early detection of cervical cancer, Fecal occult blood test, BMI measurement, Flu vaccine, Smoking cessation workshop.
Clicking each item provides information about the test, who should take it, when, and why.
Each completed health check or action recorded in Leumit’s system earns 5,000 Health Coins.
Refer a Friend
Invite your HMO-mates to join Leumit FIT+ and earn bonus Health Coins.
During a daily workout, step data is synced only from your mobile phone.
Even if a smartwatch or wearable is connected, daily workouts are tracked based on phone data.
Make sure the app stays open or active in the background during your workout.

Where Is the Rewards Store?
You can access the Rewards Store through the “Benefits” icon in the bottom menu or via the benefits carousel on the home screen.

Fruit and vegetable vouchers
and more.
