This workshop is designed for women aged 45–65, based on the understanding that regular physical activity can ease menopause symptoms and support overall health.
The program includes 10 weekly sessions led by a certified fitness instructor. Total cost: 150 NIS.

Each session includes aerobic exercise, strength training, flexibility, and stretching to improve cardiovascular endurance, strengthen and lengthen muscles, enhance joint mobility, reduce stress, and build tools for enjoyable, independent workouts.
