How does it work?
It starts with a small step. An initial conversation to understand what you’re going through and where you’d like to go. From there, we build a personalized plan, support you step by step, and stay with you throughout the process.
Types of support
Support is provided over time and tailored to your needs. It may include:
Addiction medicine care, including maintenance medication
Medication for alcohol withdrawal and gradual dose reduction
Individual therapy with experienced mental health and addiction professionals
Weekly psychotherapy sessions, as needed, for up to 12 months
Family support, when relevant
The process
Initial intake meeting – sharing your story and reviewing treatment options
Personalized plan – tailored to your needs
Medical and therapeutic support – identifying triggers, building coping skills, emotional regulation, and, when needed, medication to ease withdrawal and support recovery
