Consultation by phone with a specialist dermatologist, without leaving home
First, click the link to open a request: Schedule an online dermatology consultation.
After registering, download the “Medicine from Home” app via the link and log in using your ID number and a one-time password.
Photograph the area of the body that requires examination and upload three images to the app.
Within 48 hours of uploading the images (excluding Saturdays and holidays), and during service operating hours, you will receive a call from a “Leumit Dermatologist.” Please note that after receiving the phone call, there may be a wait of approximately 5–10 minutes before the consultation begins.
The service is provided at no cost.
Consultation calls take place Sunday–Thursday between 08:00–23:00, and on Fridays between 08:00–16:00.
In addition, a service hotline is available for inquiries. The hotline operates Sunday–Thursday between 19:00–23:00, by calling *507.
The service is intended for Leumit members of all ages.
It provides care for skin conditions, acne, allergic reactions, hair loss, and more.
The service is not intended for emergency cases and does not include diagnosis of moles.
