Changing habits takes motivation, strength, and above all – support. That’s why we’ve developed smoking cessation workshops tailored to your needs, available via Zoom, at your local clinic, or through one-on-one phone guidance – so there are no more excuses.

The workshops include 8 sessions and are free of charge.

Additional Information

The sessions focus on overcoming both the physical and psychological dependence on cigarettes, while providing practical tools and support to resist temptation and adopt a healthier lifestyle. Long-term guidance from trained facilitators helps participants stay on track throughout the quitting journey.

This format includes weekly personal calls from a dedicated facilitator over the course of 8 weeks. The phone support program is available in Hebrew, Arabic, and Russian – and is free.

Throughout the process, participants gain tools to manage physical and emotional dependence, learn how to break smoking-related habits, and discover strategies to resist cravings and triggers.
