Led by a certified fitness trainer and a clinical dietitian, the program includes 10 weekly one-hour sessions:
8 sessions focused on physical activity
2 sessions focused on nutrition
Participants will learn about key components of physical fitness, including aerobic activity, strength training, flexibility, and balance – with weekly homework to help integrate exercise into daily life.
They’ll also explore healthy eating habits: the importance of structured meals, smart cooking methods, nutritious foods that support weight loss, and easy-to-make recipes with high nutritional value.
