Practical Tools for Healthy Aging

This workshop is designed for adults aged 65 and over, and offers knowledge, support, and guidance for maintaining a balanced lifestyle that promotes physical, emotional, and social well-being.

The program includes 10 weekly Zoom sessions, each an hour long, led by a multidisciplinary team of a nurse, fitness trainer, dietitian, and social worker.

The program is offered free of charge.

The senior years are characterized by physical, emotional, and social changes that affect quality of life, health, and daily functioning.
A combination of balanced nutrition, appropriate physical activity, emotional coping tools, and improved health habits can significantly enhance quality of life and prevent health deterioration.
