Regular exercise enhances fitness, strengthens the immune system, reduces anxiety and depression, boosts confidence and motivation, stimulates the nervous system, and improves cognitive function.
The workshop combines aerobic activity to boost heart-lung endurance, mood, and daily task performance; strength and resistance training to prevent muscle and bone loss, improve posture, and reduce fall risk; and flexibility and balance exercises to enhance mobility and relieve discomfort.
Throughout the course, participants receive guidance for safe, effective activity based on their age and health status.
