Fitness workshop for pregnant and postpartum women

Strengthen your body, boost your energy, and feel better every day

The workshop is intended for pregnant women and women up to one year postpartum. It includes 10 weekly sessions led by a certified fitness instructor. Total cost: 150 NIS.

Postpartum physical activity offers many health benefits, including improved posture, strengthened core muscles (pelvic floor, abdominal, and back), enhanced cardiovascular endurance, increased energy, reduced stress, better sleep, relief from postpartum depression symptoms, and support for maintaining a healthy weight. It also helps relieve back pain, prepares the body for labor, and supports recovery after birth.

The sessions include aerobic exercise, strength training, flexibility, and stretching – all designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, strengthen and lengthen muscles, increase joint mobility, and provide tools for safe, healthy, and enjoyable independent workouts.

Please note: Before exercising, make sure to warm up properly, start gradually, and increase intensity slowly. Stay well hydrated, wear a supportive bra, and listen to your body. If you experience pain, stop and rest.
