Regular physical activity improves heart function and key health indicators such as weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood lipid levels. It supports recovery, helps ease the return to daily routines, and reduces the risk of future events.
The workshop includes 10 weekly sessions led by a certified fitness instructor with cardiac rehabilitation expertise. The entire workshop costs 150 NIS.

The sessions include aerobic exercise, strength training, flexibility, and stretching – all aimed at improving cardiovascular endurance, strengthening and lengthening muscles, increasing joint mobility, reducing tension, and building the confidence and tools needed for safe, independent, and enjoyable exercise.
