Physical Therapy at Leumit

First you must get a referral from the doctor. A referral from a specialist is preferred, but in some cases a referral from a family doctor is sufficient.

After that, make an appointment through the telephone customer service center at *507,  through a service representative at your medical center, independently through Leumit's app or website, or by the physical therapist during the first meeting.

The therapist and the place of treatment are subject to your choice. Some of the treatments are carried out in institutes that are located within Leumit medical centers, while others are carried out in external institutes that are operated by providers that have an agreement with Leumit. In special cases, treatments are also provided as part of day rehabilitation centers and individual treatments in the hospitals' institutes.

The number of treatments will be determined according to the medical need. You can get additional treatments through Leumit Silver and Gold.
