Leumit Health Fund Leads Again with the Lowest Number of Complaints — for the Second Consecutive Year.
According to the Ministry of Health’s 2024 Complaints Report, Leumit Health Fund once again recorded the lowest number of complaints overall and the lowest number of justified complaints among all health funds in Israel — for the second year in a row.
This achievement continues the consistent improvement shown by Leumit in recent years and reflects the organization’s significant investment in service quality and customer experience.
According to the report:

According to the Ministry of Health’s 2024 Complaints Report, these are the results:
Leumit has the lowest number of complaints — 2.78 per 10,000 members,
followed by Maccabi (4.22), Meuhedet (4.47), and Clalit (5.15).
Leumit again ranks first, with the lowest number of justified complaints — 0.6 per 10,000 members,
followed by Maccabi (1.27), Meuhedet (1.34), and Clalit (1.46).
