Leumit Is offering a wide range of services for families who were evacuated from their jomes

Due to the current security situation, Leumit is offering a range of services for your convenience.

Emergency Support Hotline

In response to the current situation, Leumit has established a dedicated emergency hotline offering assistance and support:

  • Help for clients who have been evacuated from their homes
  • Emotional and psychological support
  • Assistance with medications and pharmacies

The hotline is available Sunday through Thursday, from 08:00 to 20:00, and Fridays from 08:00 to 12:00, at *507, extension 9.

This hotline is in addition to the services available by phone and online, without the need to visit our medical centers.

Immediate Emotional and Psychological Support

Support is provided by certified therapists on behalf of Leumit.

Emotional Therapy by Phone or Video with a Certified Therapist

This service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Sessions are conducted via phone or video call using Leumit’s “Care from Home” app.

Ages 12–25

Call 074-7292600 and leave your details on the voicemail. A service coordinator will return your call within 24 hours to the number you called from.

Please make sure not to call from a blocked number or a number that cannot receive callbacks.

In-Person Therapy at Leumit’s Mental Health Clinics

At Leumit’s clinics and medical centers, multidisciplinary teams provide care, including psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, art therapists, mental health nurses, occupational therapists, dietitians, and more.
Treatment begins with an initial assessment (intake session), followed by a tailored treatment plan created together with the client based on their needs.

Leumit offers various ways to receive medical consultation during times when clinics are closed — in the evenings, on weekends, and during holidays.
