Contacting you or your child's personal physician

For your convenience, you can schedule a phone appointment with your personal doctor at a time that suits you.

Appointments can be booked via the Leumit website, the Leumit app, or by contacting the customer service center at *507.

Preparing for the appointment

The phone call will be made to the phone number updated in Leumit’s system.
Please be available and in a quiet, private place during the call.
During the call, you can consult with the doctor. Any documents issued for you will be available in “My Health File” on the Leumit website or in the app

For any question, request, or medical concern, you can open an inquiry with your personal doctor via the Leumit website or app.

Your inquiry will be sent to the doctor and handled as soon as possible. Once it has been addressed, the response will be available in the app.

Start a message with your personal family physicians and pediatricians

A video call with your personal doctor is conducted in a similar way to a WhatsApp or Skype call and allows both sides to meet face to face via the camera on your mobile phone.

Appointments can be scheduled via the Leumit website, the Leumit app, or by contacting the customer service center at *507.
Please make sure to select the option “Video appointment” when booking.

Important notes before the appointment

  1. Install the Leumit app on your smartphone and approve access to the speaker and video.
  2. Log in to the app to schedule an appointment using your password and select “Video appointment” for the desired date and time. Please note that the appointment may take place within a 15-minute window before or after the scheduled time, so plan accordingly.
  3. The video call will be made to the phone number updated in Leumit’s system.
  4. At the time of the appointment, please be in a quiet and private place so you can fully focus on the video call with the doctor.
  5. It is recommended to plan the video call in advance. This is an opportunity to ask questions and receive all the information you need. If the appointment is for your child, please make sure the child is nearby during the call.
  6. During the call, you can consult with the doctor. Any documents issued for you, including prescriptions, referrals, and certificates, will be available in “My Health File” on the Leumit website or in the app.
  7. To continue using this service, it is important to visit your personal doctor at the medical center at least once a year, in order to maintain continuity of care and an in-depth medical relationship with your personal doctor.

The video service is not intended for emergency situations. In case of an emergency, please seek medical care immediately at a medical center, emergency clinic, or emergency room.
