Services and Information

You can contact your doctor up to 3 times a quarter to renew prescriptions for regular medications.

1. Log in to the Leumit application, and select the option of "Prescription Renewal" - חידוש מרשם.
2. Select "New request" - פניה חדשה and a list of all the prescription drugs that have been issued will open.
3. Choose the desired medicine, and click finish and send.

Your prescription will be renewed within 4 working days.

Upon completion of the request, you will receive a notification to your e-mail and an SMS to the phone registered in Leumit's system.

Prescription Renewal

Choose the type of service you want:

• A doctor you have visited in the past
• Search for a new doctor

Choose the type of appointment you require:

• Doctors and clinics
• Blood tests
• Complementary medicine
• Institutes and laboratories
• Corona vaccine / flu vaccine
• Dental clinics

You can find a doctor by their field of care, expertise, address or search by distance from your home. 

The upcoming appointments for each available doctor will be displayed.

Click on the green "make appointment" button - זמן תור next to the requested doctor, and choose the desired treatment path - Leumit doctors or consultants in the supplementary insurance - Leumit Silver and Gold.

A schedule will open with the available options.

Choose the desired date and time, and decide whether you want to make an appointment in person, by clicking "Appointment at the clinic"- זמן למרפאה, or a phone appointment with the doctor, by clicking "Appointment via phone" - זמן לטלפון.

Make Appointment

After entering the "Manage appointments" - ניהול תורים screen, the list of scheduled appointments will be displayed.

You can click on "appoinment details" - פרטי תור to view additional information, including location, date and time, map and directions.

You can cancel an appointment if necessary.
It is possible to schedule a new appointment directly from the screen.

Manage Appointment

By clicking on "medical file"- תיק הבריאות שלי on the Leumit website or in the app, you get comprehensive and up-to-date information about your health:

• Results of laboratory, X-ray and ultrasound tests
• List of medications and prescriptions
• Medical summary in English, including a list of regular medications, medical diagnoses, sensitivities and vaccines
• Sickness certificates and visits
• References to auxiliary tests and laboratory tests
• Copies of medical documents such as video visit summaries, documents from hospitals and institutes and more
• Measurements made and metrics taken, such as blood pressure, weight, height, BMI, pulse, temperature, saturation, respiratory rate, length and head circumference.

Waiting for your blood or urine test results?

As soon as the results are available, you’ll receive a notification, and you’ll be able to view them through the Leumit website or app.

Simply tap "Test Results" on the app's home screen to easily navigate between lab test results and imaging results (X-ray and ultrasound).

By selecting a specific test, you’ll see the values and their meanings, read more about the test, and even compare results from previous tests.
