Ordering medicines to your home - how does it work?

1. After receiving the digital prescription from your doctor, go into your "personal area" on the Leumit website or in the application and press on "Medications to the house" (תרופות עד הבית in Hebrew). Please note, you can contact the doctor and request a renewal of prescriptions up to 3 times per calander month.
2. You can now browse the prescriptions, choose the ones you want to order (for you or your childen), and specify the quantity.
3. Please enter your personal information and payment details (payment is made by credit card only). Please note! The delivery of medicine can only be made directly to the client or to a proxy on their behalf.

Pharmaceutical Consultation and Assessment

When ordering prescription medications, and as a condition for the order to be approved by the pharmacy, a pharmaceutical assessment and consultation process is required. During the ordering process, you will need to answer a set of questions. The pharmacist is responsible for deciding whether a follow-up phone call is needed to complete the information.

Delivery of medicines to your door

The medications will arrive at your home (or to any address you choose in  areas where the service is provided) at a shipping cost of only NIS 9.

• Deliveries are held Sunday - Thursday.
• Telephone orders can be made through the customer service center.

Free Home Delivery of Medications for Eligible Customers

Please note! Eligible customers can receive up to three free home deliveries of medications per calendar month. This benefit applies to:

Leumit customers aged 65 and over

Pregnant women and new mothers (up to six months after giving birth)

Important: When logging into the system with your ID number, you can also order free home delivery of medications for your children who appear on the same screen with you in the app.

Additional Information

The "Medications to your door" service is carried out in compliance with the Ministry of Health's procedures for online sales and with the approval for distribution of medicines, procedures 126 and 128 of the Ministry of Health.

"Medicines to your door" service is provided nationwide. In many toens and cities you may also place orders for non-prescription drugs and other pharmaceutical products, this service will gradually be extended to the whole country.
