There are various reasons why men and women choose to undergo aesthetic (plastic) surgery. At Leumit, we believe that everyone has the right to receive the desired procedure under the best conditions, at an attractive price, and with the supervision of Leumit Health Services.
Leumit Aesthetics offers Leumit Gold members a variety of aesthetic surgeries, including ear surgery, eyelid lift, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation or reduction, breast lift, tummy tuck, and more.
The procedures are performed by senior specialists in plastic surgery at affiliated hospitals, utilizing innovative techniques and advanced technologies to ensure high-quality and safe medical care. Our carefully selected, experienced surgeons provide these procedures at especially affordable rates.
The eligibility is for one aesthetic surgery per calendar year (except for eyelid surgery—upper eyelids + lower eyelids combined, which can be performed as a single procedure within the entitlement framework).
The surgeries require a co-payment.

You can request the referral form via the Leumit app, at your medical center or through our customer service line, at *507.
The entitlement under the Leumit Aesthetics program applies only in cases where there is no medical justification for surgery, and the process is carried out solely for aesthetic purposes.
If there is a medical indication, the entitlement will be granted under the framework of medical surgery benefits, subject to prior approval.
The waiting period is 6 months.
Aesthetic surgeries are conducted in hospitals that have agreements nationwide. These hospitals utilize advanced and high-quality technology, are staffed by specialists, and are approved by the Ministry of Health. Some of the places where surgeries are performed are Medica Medical Centers, Assuta Hospital in Be’er Sheva, and Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem.
All aesthetic surgeries with Leumit Aesthetics are performed by specialist plastic surgeons who are members of the Israeli Society of Plastic Surgery. Some surgeries are also performed by ENT (ear, nose, and throat) specialists who are experts in plastic surgery.
